Welcome, we are an active, friendly and sociable group of walkers with a full and varied programme of walks, typically in the lovely countryside of Worcestershire and adjoining counties. We also organise frequent social events including national and international walking holidays. Come along and try out a few walks with us.

Northwick Manor Heritage Trail with Alan & Trish

Thirty four ramblers; some were drinking their tea or coffee, some were taking photos, as we stopped for a break on the Droitwich Canal - part of the Heritage trail, and before the rain started. It was a lovely walk in a part of the world that this editor has little knowledge. Thank you Alan and Trish, a great way to enjoy a Thursday morning.
Bidford - long or shorter: your choice - 20th August

Well with such a dreadful weather forecast, many of us stayed at home. But we missed out. Five walkers set off for the 13 mile walk and the shorter 9 mile walk totalled just 7 in the group. I am reliably informed that during the shorter walk there were just a couple of sharp showers; the breeze moving the cloud over, and most of the day being pleasant sunshine - excellent for walking. The (only) picture (so far) shows the shorter walk participants. Thanks go to Dave, Sandra, Heather and Josie for leading and braving the forecast.
Eggs Tump & Bromesberrow with Derek

Eggs Tump sounded interesting but when we got there there was nothing... just a couple of cottages. So I Googled it.... and this photo is the result. I guess I might have expected it. Thank you to the 23 walkers who joined me on Thursday's 7 mile ramble...and especially to John for backmarking. I hope you all enjoyed the walk.
