I’ve done various versions of this walk for the group several times previously but not for quite a while. It may be of interest to some of the newer members or even old timers who missed it hitherto. It is very much a walk and talk - we spend as much time talking about the places and people that made Malvern, Malvern as we do walking. It has become a popular event on the Malvern Walking Festival programme over the last few years. Starting at Belle Vue Terrace we head via the Priory, the park and the theatre to the Victorian cemetery and return via the station and the colleges. An easy 5 mile walk. No boots required - just trainers; it’s mostly all on town pavements.

If you are not interested in hearing about Malverns history and the stories associated with it, the walk is probably not for you.
